When you use AtlaStep, we collect information you provide directly: email address (via Firebase Authentication), trading data you enter in the journal, and communication records when you contact us.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the AtlaStep services: operate your trading journal, deliver journal entries, manage subscriptions, and respond to support requests. We never sell your personal information.
All data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with enterprise-grade encryption. Firestore security rules ensure you can only access your own data. We implement industry-standard security practices.
We use: Firebase (auth, database, hosting), PayPal (payment processing), Telegram (signal delivery & support), Cloudflare (CDN & DNS). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data handling.
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. If you delete your account or request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Trading journal data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@atlastep.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for their marketing purposes.
